Our specialist will first check the configuration, availability and other details of the order. When sending worldwide, the cost of delivery to the specified address will be added immediately. To speed up the execution of the order, it is better to inform us about the payment made by phone or e-mail.

All computers are insured for the full cost before shipment, regardless of the price, city and mode of transport used for delivery. Insurance provides an additional guarantee of the safety of your computer from VIPER PC to your door.

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped, containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies. Orders are shipped within 3-5 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.
